Context
Paloma Architects is a company composed of a team of professionals, architects and engineers, specialized in building design, interior design and workplace strategy based in Milan. The creative process of the Paloma team is based on the interpretation of customer needs in a sustainable way and respecting the social and environmental context in which they are inserted.
Needs
Paloma, in order to gain visibility, mainly exploited the referral of their network. Therefore, the client expressed the need to expand their network of contacts through organic promotion of the website, which needed to fully reflect their identity.
Solutions
For Paloma we have defined a strategy including a restyling of the website and its optimization in an SEO perspective, so that they could be intercepted by users already searching for their services through organic research.
Results
We modernized the website, solving some structural errors and aligning it with the brand image they wanted to convey. We have done an SEO job, so as to optimize the site with a view to organic positioning.
The Client Briefing
The first step was to define the customer's needs. Paloma had their own network of contacts and relied on referrals for growth, namely word of mouth. The customer needed to expand their contacts and gain exposure in other ways. To do so, they had first of all to improve their image, aligning the website with the Brand Identity of their reality.

The solution: Website Restyling for Architects
Target definition
We decided to restyle the existing website. First of all, we defined the buyer personas, representing the specific target audience to whom the client would offer their services.
Buyer personas are fictional representations created based on data collected about the target audience. They are highly specific constructs that help define the broader target. Through the definition of this target, other actions can be outlined, including:

Website restyling
Regarding the basic structure of the existing website, we fixed some errors, such as poorly connected pages or broken links. For the restyling, we opted for a modern and bright style, prominently featuring the client's projects on the homepage. This way, when users land on the website, they can immediately see the practical work done by Paloma.
The menu has few clear items, precisely four, making navigation easy and intuitive for users. The website offers an English translation in addition to the Italian version, as Paloma operates internationally.
We added filters to the project section so that users can navigate more easily and quickly find what they are looking for.
Naturally, the website is filled with high-quality images to provide visual examples to users. We worked on reducing the file size of the images while maintaining resolution, ensuring that the website loads quickly and provides a good user experience.
Website optimization through SEO
Each of the projects includes a textual description. These descriptions have been optimized for SEO (Search Engine Optimization). This means that keywords, image descriptions, and a range of other elements have been used in the text to ensure that search engines organically rank the website pages high in search results when users perform specific web searches.
The result
The website aligns with the brand image that the client wanted to communicate. It is easy to navigate for users and clearly presents the completed projects, maintaining consistency across all pages. The SEO work has led to organic growth in website visits, as well as a steady improvement in website rankings for selected keywords.
